Letting go of these comp game addictions

There are lots of things to do inside my home but why oh why I keep on playing this stupid computer games. Am I really addicted to these things now? For several years, I forget of playing with these but now I am back into these things. It is not healthy when I will be having these addictions. For now, I am fighting with these things. Hope I can let go of this stupidity! Sigh!
